What can I say, but thank you so very much for immortalising the portrait of my beautiful cat Kola who I was fortunate to love and care for 15 years. There are no words to adequately explain how you have captured his likeness and spirit, the way I saw him every day. Jill, what a wonderful gift you have. When my parents lost their beloved Chelsea late last year, the light went out of their lives. Although we wanted to feel Chelsea’s spirit in her home and we knew she was there, it was very difficult as no longer was her presence physical and all we could feel was grief at her loss. Your beautiful portrait is the gateway to her soul and every time we look at it, we feel those sparkling eyes, which are truly Chelsea’s, following us around the room, and she is again with us. The uncanny way you have captured her ‘alive’ from the dead photos I sent, is truly amazing and thanks to you we can gaze at her and remember the life, the love and the laughter she brought us. Moet is a quiet, kind and gentle little poodle. She has white curly hair, black clear eyes and an adorable temperament. She brings pleasure and joy to everyone she meets. Jill has captured all these aspects with the softness of the pastels and the fine detail in Moet’s portrait. - Bronagh
